team as fully as the client requires.

Partner with client team to design and manage schedules and logistics; including the unexpected
Handle all aspects of contact management
Effectively deliver instructor led classroom training and coaching
Provide periodic updates to the client team
Sponsor trainer team meetings / conference calls as needed
Interface with client to report time, materials, and billing in a timely manner
Ensure the ECI team is in complete compliance at all times with all of client’s vendor requirements
