project managers, HR, etc., to ensure that a Train-the-Trainer process is identified and implemented as smoothly and effectively as possible.
Then, as a training initiative begins roll out, ECI becomes a full service project management
resource, available to support the client team as fully as the client requires.
Partner with client team to design and manage trainer schedules and logistics; including the unexpected
Effectively deliver instructor led classroom training and coaching
Provide periodic updates to the client team
Sponsor trainer team meetings / conference calls as needed
Manage all trainer invoicing for both fees and expenses
Interface with client to report time, materials, and billing in a timely manner
Ensure the ECI contract team is in complete compliance at all times with all of client’s vendor requirements
