Douglas Gumm

Douglas has been with ECI since 2009.  Today he serves as a single point of  contact for client leaders ensuring high levels of service provision and responsiveness to emergent issues. Doug is a results-focused, strategic collaborator who partners with business managers to understand client solutions. Douglas spent 18 years as a successful learning manager for one of the largest retail banks in the US. He led both design and development and implementation of learning solutions for multiple job roles including mergers, new hire and ongoing professional development.
